I grew up in South Africa and moved to the U.K. 12 years ago. From me earliest memories I can remember wanting to be a doctor so that I could make people better. I am not there yet but when I was studying hypnotherapy I became fascinated with the subconscious mind and how the mind and brain works. In my 30s, I met my husband and life partner JR, a trauma nurse, and settled down with three beautiful Chihuahuas who complete our lives in every way.
My career started working for the world-renowned Wolfson Neurorehabilitation Centre at St. George’s Hospital in London and then The Body Factory Rehabilitation Centre in Harrow, another world class rehabilitation facility. During this time and with the support of my husband , friends and family obtained a BSc (Hons) Degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Clinical & Analytical Hypnotherapy with regression.
I have a particular interest in addiction, pain management and FND or functional neurological disorders.
I am a graduate member with The British Psychological Society and practitioner member with The Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association.
For me, there is nothing more rewarding than helping someone get better from whatever holds them back from reaching their full potential.
BSc (Hons) Psych, MBPsS, DHP Acc Hyp, AACPH, MPLTA.
During our sessions, you will find that just about anything goes. It’s not my job to judge but it is my job to fix and fixing is what I do best. Whether it is your ninth attempt at giving up smoking or you feel that your life is spiralling out of control for whatever reason, I will be there with you each step of the way. I cannot fix your problems for you (that would be way too easy!) but I can show you the right tools and how to use them.
The benefits of hypnotherapy are limitless
