CANCELLATIONS
We kindly ask that you inform us of a cancellation no less than 48-hours prior to your session at no charge.
Like most businesses we lose out when you cancel at very short notice or do not show, and so does another client.
As we are a mental health service, appointments are precious and therefore have no choice but to levy a cancellation fee of 50% within 48 hours and 100% for less than 24 hours. Common sense does apply!
